I wrote this song in 2020 with many iterations undertaken before finally taking shape as Breathe. It was inspired by an intention to guide the listener into a comforting and soothing realm, evoking feelings of peaceful surrender. And of course, by the breath and sound spaces Ive been co-creating with Arise Breathwork at our Seven Sisters Sanctuary.  

Its Bandcamp Friday which means all proceeds go to the artist (thanks Bandcamp)!
I’m going to be donating all sales from Bandcamp to Cool Earth, a brilliant organisation that supports indigenous people and works with local communities to protect the rainforests.
Breathe has been created with a lot of love and taken me many hours to create, record, produce and mix and your support means the world!
